Buying Conditions


In order to exclude unnecessary delays and disagreements during the conclusion of the purchase agreement, please read and accept the most important SIA “PRO VAPE”,reg. 40203029617 (pro-vape.eu) listed below, unified Terms of Purchase of Goods Offered.

Since the sale of the product offered by pro-vape.eu takes place via an Internet-based offer, in accordance with Article 10 of the Republic of Latvia Consumer Protection Law (PTAL), in this case, the distance contract is concluded between the buyer and the seller when the order is made by the buyer.

An order can be made on the website www.pro-vape.eu.

www.pro-vape.eu all commodity prices are shown excluding VAT 21%. The offered prices are valid for the period indicated on the item. The cost of the delivery service is not included in the price of the item.

You can pay for the ordered product and the selected delivery service by bank transfer.

When ordering, you need to provide an e-mail address so that the customer can receive instructions, invoice, etc. the necessary documentation.

When ordering goods we offer comfort delivery – courier company delivers the ordered product to the specified address. In all cases, the delivery time of the product is agreed upon at the time of ordering. In the case of multiple delivery orders, the customer may receive all the goods together or separated.

Before starting to use the purchased item, please read carefully the instructions for use of the product and use the product only in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, according to the characteristics of the product and intended use.

If you have rethinked and decided to abandon the purchase, the Republic of Latvia Consumer Rights Protection Law (PTAL) and the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No.255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts” (Cabinet Regulation No. 255) stipulate that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement for 14 calendar days and return the goods purchased at the online store to the seller. Article 12 (6) of the PPAL states that, in case of withdrawal from the distance contract, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product within the time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal”. We recommend that you keep the original packaging of the product in order to prevent the right of withdrawal in accordance with the terms of the Distance Agreement that the product is not mechanically damaged externally. You can return the product by returning the product together with the withdrawal form to SIA “Pro Vape”, Teraudlietuves street 22, LV-1026 Riga.

Procedures for handling complaints and out-of-court disputes.

Please submit your complaint regarding the availability or quality of the goods electronically by sending an e-mail to info@pro-vape.eu or in writing to Teraudlietuves street 22, LV-1026 Riga.

The complaint will be dealt with within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint by sending a reply to the contact address indicated in the complaint.

 

If the complaint is found to be unfounded and you do not agree to the complaint as unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided for in the regulatory enactments by submitting a written application for out-of-court dispute resolution to the seller of the goods, indicating:

– name, surname, contact information;

– the date of submission of the application;

– the nature of the dispute, the forms of order sought and the reasons on which it is based.

If during the use of the product the product has a technical problem, service of the product will be performed in accordance with the norms of the Republic of Latvia Consumer Rights Protection Law. The service life of the product is indicated in its description. When making a purchase, an electronic invoice is issued to the buyer together with the product, which contains information about the service of the particular goods. The voucher is prepared electronically and is valid without signature. Purchase documents are valid only if they are correctly and clearly indicated: name of product, date of sale. It is forbidden to make any changes in the purchase documents, delete or overwrite the data indicated therein – in this case the service documents will be declared invalid.
